Irrigation parameters of soil

 

  • Select the texture class of the soil and the crop.
  • A literature based, crop specific recommendation for the allowable depletion of soil moisture will be proposed, which you are allowed to change.
  • o Following the relevant literature, the calculation will give you information regarding the irrigation parameters of the soil and will create a diagram which will show soil water heights for a series of indicative root depths.
